One of Ghana’s leading Communication consulting firms in Accra requires a qualified person to fill the position of Principal Corporate Services Officer

Job Summary

•   Lead with the formulation of corporate services policy including crisis communication policy and associated process
•   Develop and implement corporate services strategies and plans under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer
•   Works with research team to develop and evaluate internal surveys
•   Undertake reputation surveys among the organisation's stakeholders
•   Work with management to determine the appropriate organisational culture that ensures that the organisation maintains a strong positive reputation among its stakeholders

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A second degree in Communications or related discipline
•   Membership of the Institute of Public Relations (IPR) or other recognised Professional Communications bodies

Technical Competencies (Key Job knowledge and skills)

•   Significant knowledge and working experience in Communication
•   Significant knowledge and experience in Public relations, report writing and Brand Management
•   Excellent communication skills - oral and written
•   Effective implementation of research projects
•   Ability to think strategically and translate into realistic action plans
