A reputable Electrical Engineering company has vacancy for a Customer Service Officer
Job Profile:
• To receive all customer feedback (emails, phone calls etc) and respond appropriately
• To carry out customer service activities in relation to meeting all customers needs
• To be a point of contact for all customers in relation to customer service activities.
• To communicate effectively to the team and management the status of customer services activities.
Job Description:
• Receive customer complaints
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues and escalating complaints.
• Manage And Resolve Customer Complaints
• Provide Customers With Product And Service Information
• Enter New Customer Information Into System
• Update Existing Customer Information
• Identify And Escalate Priority Issues
• Document All Call Information According To Standard Operating Procedures
• Complete Call Logs
• Produce Call Reports
Qualification Required & Experience
• DBS, Stenographer 111, HND (secretaryship and Management studies), HND (Secretarial Studies)
Skills
• Proficient in the use of the computer
Excel
Word
PowerPoint
Outlook
• Organized
• Attention to detail
• Eloquent with excellent telephone skills
• Intelligent and smart
