G-Pak is a wholly owned subsidiary of Graphic communications Group Limited. The business included printing, production and sale of labels, cartons, literary articles, printing and publishing of magazines and journals. We require a confident leader and strategic thinker who will drive the company's activities and motivate staff to build an effective results oriented team. A strategic level position, the successful candidate will report to the managing director of the group and ensure profitable growth of the company.

Key Accountability

. Ensure effective and efficient integration of the major functions of production, Quality Assurance, Sales / Marketing, Accounts and Publishing to achieve the goals of the company.
. Ensure good corporate governance, timely financial reporting of the company's result and compliance of all statutory obligations.
. Advise the Managing Director on investments and asset disposal as well as report on the performance of the company for sound decision making by the Board.
. Ensure a healthy cash flow ad return on investment in line with performance guidelines.
. Effectively coordinate And manage HR activities to promote industrial harmony, high employee motivation and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications.

A Good first degree or equivalent from a recognized institution, preferably in Print Technology, Design, Production or related field with a minimum of eight (8) years post qualification relevant experience gained from working in a print production company three (3) years of this experience should been at the stragic decision making level.

Desirable

A Master's qualification in Management of Business Administration is desirable but nit essential
