Job Description

•   Should have a full oversight of the branch and ensure that targets are met.
•   Organizes and controls the general operational activities of a branch of a financial institution, credit union or similar financial institution
•   Ensure quality of the loan portfolio and growth of the deposit portfolio
•   Ensure effective communication
•   General administration of the asset of the branch
•   Prepare branch budget and ensure cost effectiveness
•   Be ready to be assigned other responsibilities
•   Prepare monthly report to management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance with a concentration in marketing
•   3 - 5 years of relevant fundamental experience with a financial institution
