A reputable company operating a quarry in the upper East Region of Ghana invites applications from qualified persons to fill the following position:- Production / Plant Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Mining related Diploma, with a suitable Artisan trade qualification
•   At least 8 years crushing and screening experience, both mobile, and static
•   A sound knowledge of materials specifications and production quality control
•   Must understand plant availability / utilization ratios, and targets for Mobile Crushing equipment, TMM's, Static Plants, as well as general vehicle fleet.
•   Must be able to handle production pressure, and deliver results
•   Must be a computer literate and poses good interpersonal communication
•   Applicant must be ready to relocate to Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region
