Job Description

•   We are looking for Ghanaian professionals with experience in the construction sector, to work in a multinational company in Ghana.
•   Support the Commercial Management in meeting the established goals, participating in the development of action plans for the implementation of business strategy, visualizing the fulfillment of the goals of procurement and billing.
•   Support the Business Manager in the development of intervention strategies with clients, public bodies, governments and entities, seeing the continued strengthening of representation and image of the group.
•   Systematic monitoring the implementation of business strategy and goals of recruitment, displaying ensure the competitive position and the group's leadership in the market segment.
•   To aid in the search for new opportunities, selecting market customers with investment potential, through the analysis of activity by visualizing the goals of recruitment and turnover of the group.
•   Support the relationship with customers, meeting their needs, such as financial issues, deadlines, contract terms, etc.
•   Support the Business Manager in accompanying raising finance (banks, international financial institutions, etc.)
•   Assist in the preparation of preliminary studies related to projects, along with the area of ??engineering.
•   Support negotiations with customers in developing project quotes, seeking qualification and suitability of contractual clauses, visualizing project development, organization of bidding process, together with the Leader of Development, Commercial Superintendent and the area Engineering and Operations.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Looking for Business Managers who have a taste for prospecting new business, must have knowledge of engineering / project monitoring, excellent interpersonal / institutional relationship / "open doors" and a focus on results.
•   Civil Engineer with business experience in assembly. It is important to be communicative, available for travel and for social intercourse. Above-average intelligence, quick thinking and logical. Have presentation to convey security to external party.
