JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Proactively sell properties in the portfolio as assigned.
• Post and update status of properties on the internet and follow up on a daily basis
• Responsible for product presentation and Facilitation of client viewing / inspection of properties.
• Prepare call reports on client viewing / inspection of properties daily and submit summary call report weekly.
• Ensure timely and excellent execution of all duties assigned
• Develop business partnership with key clients.
• Carry out market research and customer surveys to gather information on the property market while informing management on current trends.
• Assist in the evaluation of marketing campaigns to develop and maintain client network
• Provide immediate feedback to your supervisors on any areas that are necessary to the overall function of the organization
• Any other jobs assigned by your immediate supervisor or any other senior management member commensurate with the role.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum 1st degree from recognized institution OR Diploma in CIM
• At least 3-5 years post national service relevant work experience in a property marketing, sales and management related field.
• Ability to sell
• Pleasant physical appearance and disposition
• Possession of good presentation skills
• Good oral and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• IT proficiency particularly in MS Windows, Excel and Powerpoint as well as the use of the internet.
