A reputable Agri company in Ghana is seeking to fill the following position in the company:- Head of Human Resource

Job Summary

•   The human resources head will lead all HR practices and objectives of the company with a view to providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture that promotes productivity and high standards

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A master's degree in human resources management and or qualified member of a recognised HR professional body
•   Law degree is a plus
•   Minimum of 5 years practical work experience in a large organisation
•   Experience in developing internal and company policies
•   Experience in manufacturing, plantation/agri industry will be an advantage
•   Excellent understanding of Ghana labour laws and other international labour standards
•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation applications, etc
•   Excellent negotiation skills
•   Committed and hardworking individual with High sense of integrity
