Senior Management And Technical Specialists, Mali
We are currently seeking senior-level Technical and Management Leads for the anticipated USAlD-funded funded DCA program. DCA seeks to support capacity building as needed for both lenders and borrowers which will facilitate economic growth. Prior experience working with international NGOs and companies on donor-funded projects, specifically USAID projects, is preferred for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•   Evaluate DCA partner banks and their training needs;
•   Provide technical direction for program activities related to rural and agricultural finance and value chain finance;
•   Design and supervise a program of credit risk sharing, credit information sharing and direct support to new borrowers' programs;
•   Provide support to farmers, financial institutions and input suppliers to ensure linkages;
•   Support partner banks to develop new lending products in the agriculture sector.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Advanced degree in finance, accounting, banking, businesses management, or related field;
•   Demonstrated technical skills in rural and agricultural finance, value chain finance, warehouse receipts, or inventory credit;
•   Seven years of experience in rural financial services;
•   5 years of experience with projects promoting best practices in financial services;
•   Expertise in design and implementation;
•   Fluency in French and Bambara required, other local languages a plus,English preferred
