Qualification Required & Experience

Criteria:

•   Saved Christians who fellowship with a Bible believing local church.
•   Married couple.
•   At least 30 years old.
•   At least a Bachelor's/Undergraduate degree holder.
•   Must have tangible experience caring for teenagers/target age group.
•   Willing to live in boarding house facility permanently during duration of contract.
•   Must be computer/technology competent.
•   Preference for individuals who have had and can serve in pastoral/counselling roles.
•   Preference for individuals who can serve as teachers as well.
•   Preference for individuals who have worked/cared for people from diverse nations/cultures outside Ghana.
