This wonderful hotel features 16 individually designed suites, an established bar, restaurant, terrace and function rooms. The restaurant, offers a menu that delivers both modern Continental and traditional Ghanaian cuisine.

Job Summary

•   Ensuring prompt and professional guest service
•   Ensuring that tables are set to the correct standards at all times
•   Taking food orders
•   Assisting with service of private lunches as required
•   Being familiar with the menu at all times

Qualification Required & Experience

This is a 6 month contract position ( contract will be renewed based on performance). Working hours will be mainly morning shifts between Monday and Sunday, however we require a candidate to be flexible to work late shifts when necessary.

The ideal candidate for the Breakfast and lunch Waiter/ess position should:

•   Have previous experience in a similar role within a four - Five star hotel
•   Have excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
•   Be able to interact in a professional manner with guests and employees
•   Communicate effectively in English
•   Have a warm, friendly, flexible and positive attitude
