The GCX Project seeks to recruit qualified professionals for the GCX Project, a recently launched project with the aim of establishing a Commodity Exchange, the first of its kind in Ghana, and in West Africa. Job Summary

•   Responsible for designing trading system and order management to ensure all trading operations are run efficiently and that market integrity is intact.
•   Responsible for designing trading system, session management, and order reconciliation and back office processes.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's or higher degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
•   At least five years related work experience
•   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•   Proven analytical, decision making, and problem solving abilities
•   Very thorough knowledge of trading, customer service, administration, and legal issues
•   Good knowledge of banking, finance, budgeting, economic analysis and research methodology
