The GCX Project seeks to recruit qualified professionals for the GCX Project, a recently launched project with the aim of establishing a Commodity Exchange, the first of its kind in Ghana, and in West Africa. Job Summary

•   Responsible for design of the clearing and settlement of all GCX trades by managing the daily clearing process and net obligation report generation, funds pay-in and pay-out processes, cash balance enquiries, commodity title transfers, and emergency cash default situations.
•   This involves developing and testing processes for coordination with GhlPSS, settlement banks, trading operations, GCX central depository, Ghana Revenue Authority and the regulator

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's or higher degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
•   At least five years related work experience
•   Very good interpersonal and communications skills
•   A high degree of analytic ability as well as decision making and problem solving skills
•   Very good knowledge of administration, accounting/auditing, finance/budgeting, and banking
