Job Summary

•   Devises, develops and delivers a comprehensive strategic and tactical plan for sales activities and all related issues.
•   Leads the growth of sales and develops new business sales opportunities for the full range of the firm's products.
•   Assists in developing products and services to help maximize profits and market share.
•   Assists in creating a recognizable brand.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have SEC licence / Must have completed and passed the Ghana Stock Exchange Course.
•   Must have a business development/sales and marketing experience of not less than 4 years.
•   Must have at least a 3-year team leader experience.
•   A minimum of a degree is required.
•   At least 3-5 years hands on experience.
