Job Vacancy For Branch Manager At McOttley Holdings (Tarkwa)



Job Summary

•   Plans and delivers effective sales strategies and monitors the performance of new and existing financial products
•   Manages all of the functions of the Branch office. Assists in creating a recognizable brand
•   Responsible for day-to-day management at the Branch
•   Talks to customers, offers advice and plans the workload of other staff in the branch
•   Motivates staff to achieve their individual targets set in consultation with management
•   Manages the Branch's product sales, working assiduously to meet targets set by management
•   Ensures that customers have maximum satisfaction within the framework of corporate policies

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have SEC licence/  Must have completed and passed the Ghana Stock Pxchangc Course.
•   Must have a business development/sales and marketing experience of not less than 4 years.
•   Must have at least a 3-year team leader experience.
•   A minimum of a degree required
•   At least 3-5 years hands on experience
