Main duties and responsibilities

•   Manage personnel and third party services providers in design, installations, servicing and maintenance of electrical equipment and energry systems
•   Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all jobs
•   Work towards the establishment and entrenchment of structures, system, procedures, processes and policies within the Technical Service Department
•   Responsible for managing the selection and development of people, resources and budget necessary to perform the functions of the department

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Electrical Engineering degree with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
•   MSc Electrical engineering or related area will be an added advantage
•   Technically proficient, business-oriented and customer focused
•   Ability to build, coach and motivate a high performance technical service team, while holding the team accountable for results
•   Excellent communication skills
•   Proven ability to motivate and lead the Technical Sales Team.
