Job Vacancy For Business Development / Sales Manager

Main duties and responsibilities

•   Works with Management in establishing the most realistic sales targets
•   Manages self and sales department fo achieve set sales targets
•   Responsible for ensuring that best practice based structures, systems, procedures, processes and policies are established and entrenched in the business development & sales department
•   Daily, weekly and Monthly performance measurement and management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's degree (Min. 2nd class upper) in Business, Economics, Sciences or Social Sciences. Certificate or postgraduate diploma in management will be an added advantage
•   Minimum of 5 years supervisory / managerial experience of sales team
•   Ability to motivate and lead the sales team
•   Ability and experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
•   Excellent communication skills
•   Hardworking and with sharp business acumen
