A reputable Public Service Organisation invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for appointment as a Front Desk Officer (Receptionist).

Job Purpose

The position serves as the point of contact with the organisation and communication link between the institution and third parties.

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Receive and connect calls to appropriate staff / officers
•   Receive and dispatch the institutions letters and bills
•   Receive visitors and direct them to appropriate officials
•   Make official phone calls for staff
•   Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship OR Stenographer Certificate awarded by NACVET/GOV'T Secretariat plus minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist
•   Experience in front desk management
•   Must be computer literate
•   Essential skills and abilities
•   Ability to relate effectively with people
•   Must have a pleasant personality
•   Good spoken and written communication
•   Good judgement

Remuneration:

•   Attractive-in accordance with the Single Spine Salary Structure.
