The Role

The successful candidate will provide project and change management support to the relevant Business units throughout the entire cycle of the Project and Change implementation

Key Responsibilities

•   Lead the appointed team for each project or change event and ensure that the change work-stream is managed in an effective and efficient manager
•   Liaise with the owners of the relevant plans for training, communications and stakeholder management to ensure that project and change requirements remain fully linked to and part of the overall process for change management
•   Assist the Project Manager in drafting and issuing of initial project plans, tenders/procurement documents, budgets, spend and accrual schedules
•   Prepare work and operation plans for various elements / components of the various projects

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree in Computer Science
•   Prince II Foundation / Practitioner

Experience

•   3 - 5 years experience in a Project Management or Field Work role
•   Sound knowledge of and skills in needs assessment, project planning, proposal writing, project implementation and evaluation
•   Excellent communication and computer skills
•   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Remuneration: Negotiable according to experience, knowledge and skills
