Job Summary

CLIENT MANAGER - WEST AFRICA: MMRC ACCRA- (LEVEL B2)

Your Job:

•   Responsibility for the MMRC Accra Liaison Office with regard to product and market strategy and ensuring their implementation in accordance with the objectives of the Munich Re Group;
•   Active role in the acquisition, retention and care of top clients as "Client Relationship Manager";
•   Overall accountability for results in the area of responsibility (market/clients);
•   Responsible for business growth and opportunity creation
•   Managing a client management unit;
•   Decide on terms offered to clients within assigned authority limits
•   Ultimate business decisions on renewal terms/new business terms conditions is the responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager;
•   Maintain result integrity within the individual Lines of Business

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A university degree : Bachelor of Commerce, Science or a BA Law degree;
•   FCII/FIISA;
•   Approximately 10yrs underwriting experience a pre-requisite;
•   Sound knowledge of primary insurance (products, operations, sales);
•   In-depth marketing knowledge with proven client relationship management success
•   Entrepreneurial business mindset;
•   Excellent leadership and management competence
