Job Summary

•   To be responsible for various Civil Engineering projects like roads
•   Perimeter fencing, building and plant construction, real estate etc. with all the accompanying legal documentations
•   To undertake other duties as may be assigned by Management
•   To be in charge of field works and writing of field reports to the managing director
•   To be charge of other field workers and coordinating activities as well as writing reports to management on field happenings
•   To manage and supervise the safe and good use of the company’s field assets to bring in more returns

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree or HND in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years Cognate experience in building and construction
•   A high sense of responsibility and commitment to duty
•   Good knowledge of Ghana laws and regulations on real estates, building, Construction and other Civil Engineering activities
