A new investment banking organisation is seeking to recruit competent and experienced professional to the following position:- Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:

•   Develop marketing and service policies, programmes and systems to support strategic direction
•   Lead the implementation of marketing and service policies and practices
•   Lead the design, development and implementation of products and service lines
•   Develop and implement pricing strategies and introduce new products and service lines
•   Lead the team with strategies to recruit clients.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree in a related field
•   Must have passed the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Course
•   2 - 4 years of previous experience in an investment banking environment
•   Ability to multitask and prioritise in fast paced and dynamic environment
•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
