An investment firm with more than 20 years in the Ghanaian investment sector seeks to employ highly enthusiastic, results-driven, qualified and experienced Ghanaians to drive the company in its next stage of expansion.

Key Accountabilities

•   Keep proper books of accounts and record accurately securities transactions
•   Reconcile various accounts to the custodian position and promptly resolve outstanding issues
•   Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports to comply with SEC, GRA and other regulatory requirements
•   Prepare accurate audit schedules and assist in the audit of the financial statements of the mutual funds
•   Accurately compute monthly and quarterly fees and invoice clients
•   Keep accurate and up to date investment schedules and exposure sheet of issuers
•   Regularly update the investment committee on funds available for investment
•   Liaise with our partner banks to ensure funds are credited and transferred out on time.

Age: Not less than 30 years with excellent health

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good Bachelor's degree in Accounting, i.e BSc, B.Com ,etc
•   Membership, or part-qualification as a member, of ICAG, ACCA or its equivalent
•   Qualification or part-qualification as a CFA would be an advantage
•   Completion of GSE's Ghana Securities industry certificate course is an advantage

Experience

•   The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years working experience in similar role.
