Our client, a company based in Tema in the manufacture and sale of products in the building construction industry is looking for a qualified, dynamic and results-oriented individual for the position of:- Sales and Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will carry out the following:-

•   Maintaining and increasing sale of products
•   Reaching targets and goals set by board
•   Allocating targets to field staff
•   Monitoring staff performance
•   Processing orders and liaison with production department
•   Carrying out market research
•   Reporting to senior management

Qualification Required & Experience

The suitable candidate must have/be:

•   A Marketing/Sales Degree or any Business related degree
•   At least five years experience in Managing Sales and marketing team

Desirable
Knowledge of the building construction industry

Age: Not more than 45 years

Salary: Very attractive
