Job Summary

We are currently seeking Monitoring and Evaluation Data Collection & Entry Clerk based in the Bolga Wa , Tamale and Kumasi Offices for a multi-year USAID-funded project The successful candidate will be responsible for

•   Collecting and organizing completed monitoring data from field officers in accordance with the project's performance monitoring plan and data collection procedures
•   Conducting hardcopy data cleaning on every monitoring form In preparation for data entry
•   Entering all monitoring data into respective project databases
•   Performing periodic field Visits to collect or participate in project events to directly observe and Interact With beneficiaries to gain a better understanding of monitoring data collected, noting any changes to the M&E officer
•   Supporting M&E team during annual survey (Gross Margins, KM&L)
•   Assisting M&E Officer in organising, analyzing and presentation of regional indicator performance

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree or equivalent in a pertinent field (e.g. Sociology, Development studies, Agriculture, Economics, Agribusiness and Statistics)
•   Minimum of 1 year experience in data collection and data entry
•   High level knowledge/skills Microsoft Office applications, SQL and SPSS
•   Strong interpersonal skills and ability to transfer knowledge to others
•   Experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection methods
•   Familiarity With Agric sector

Location: Bolga, Wa, Tamale and Kumasi
