Applications are invited from qualified individuals for the position of:- Deputy Managing Director (Finance & Administration)

Responsibilities:

•  Formulate and develop policies, procedures and practices for the planning, organising and controlling of the Company's Finances
•  Initiate the formulation and development of personnel and administrative policies, procedures and practices for planning, organising and controlling of the company's personnel and administrative programmes
•  Ensure that there is in operation an effective and efficient internal control system to control all financial transactions of the company
•  Ensure that there is in operation an effective and efficient internal control system to control all financial transactions of the company
•  Ensure that all statutory, operational and financial obligations of the company are met and discharged
•  Perform any other functions that may be assigned by the Managing Director and the board of directors

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A candidate for the post of Deputy Managing Director, Finance and Administration must have a recognised Master's Degree in Business Management, Economics, commerce and professional qualification ICA (Gh), ACCA and CIMA with a proven managerial ability.
•  Additionally, interested candidate must have been in a top management position in a reputable commercial/industrial organisation for a minimum of five (5) years.
