Job Purpose:

To coordinate and manage all aspects of development for the hospital and to oversee the implementation of a strategic approach to marketing the FOCOS brand and fundraising which may include major gifts,corporate donations, grant solicitation, and in-kind resources.

Summary of Duties:

•   Collaborates with the Board of Directors and Executive Management to establish a fund development plan which increases revenues to support the strategic goals of the organization
•   Plans, develops and implements PR strategies

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BSc. Marketing and or Public Relations
•   MSc. Marketing and or Public Relations
•   Membership of Institute of Public Relations or Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana is an added advantage
•   A minimum of five (5) veurs working experience in similar Position
