Benso Oil Palm Plantation Limited is a leading Oil Palm Plantation in Ghana and a subsidiary of Wilmar Africa Ltd. The company has vacancy for its plantation situated at Adum Banso Estate in the Western Region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•  To provide leadership in Human Resource Management function to support the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the Company
•  Provide leadership in Human Resource Planning, Training and Career Development of Staff
•  Be responsible for employee relations, staff orientation, compensation, management, staff supervision and staff welfare
•  Be responsible for the development, implementation and review of Human Resource and related policies
•  To generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations arising from both operational and strategic issues

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Must have Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent from an accredited teritary institution
•  Must be a member of Institute of Human Resources Management Practitioners, Ghana
•  Must have a minimum of ten (10) years working experience for the HR role, preferably in an Agro Processing Industry
•  Computer Literacy/Proficiency and Report Writing and Communication Skills are mandatory
