Vanguard Assurance, the Only CIMG Hall of Fame Insurer is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the position of:- Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

•   Management of the Business Development activities to achieve the desired target in respect of the assigned markets
•   Identifying marketing opportunities by defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share
•   Meets marketing and sales financial targets
•   Management of market research and intelligence activities the desired results
•   Any other duties to be assigned by the Head of the department

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of Bachelors degree in Sales Management from a reputable institution. A professional qualification in Sales Management is an advantage
•   Should have excellent communications skills and demonstrable track record in sales
•   A minimum of five(5) years post qualification with relevant working experience in insurance industry in similar position is an added advantage
