A leading financial institution seeks to fill some vacancy and invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position:- Head, E - Business

Reports to Group Head, Retail Banking

Main Responsibilities include

•   Responsible for planning and executing electronic banking throughout all the branches
•   Researching and recommending product development priorities
•   Appraising the Bank's products and activities for consistency with the vision and mission statements (recommend changes where necessary)
•   Manages effectively the joint marketing of these products with the bank
•   Maintains update on new economic, technological, environmental, political and social issues or trends impacting or likely to impact electronic banking

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree preferably a numerate degree, higher degrees / MBA

Experience

•   Minimum of 8 years experience in business development position and IT

Relevant Skills / Competencies

•   Ability to evaluate needs of customers and determine what products or service would best serve those needs
•   Visionary mind
•   IT and Computer appreciation
•   Selling and marketing skills
•   Must be self-solution driven, proactive and have acceptable knowledge of the business environment
