Key Responsibilities:

•   To meet customers and carry out service at the car
•   To prepare job cards in accordance with customers request
•   To plan and prepare all operations required for meeting delivery time
•   To provide the workshop with clear findings on customers request
•   To communicate with the customer
•   To maintain customer database

Qualification Required & Experience

•   MVT II/ Equivalent
•   + 2yrs relevant experience
•   Retail experience will be an added advantage

Skills And Competencies Required

•   Excellent communication skills
•   Must have excellent listening skills
•   Must have good computer knowledge
•   Must be a good team player
•   Ability to work under pressure
•   Must possess a valid driving licence
•   Must be smart in appearance at all times

Location: Accra, Takoradi, Tamale and Kumasi
