A reputable 3 Star Hotel in Airport Accra requires the services of a Construction Site Supervisor to supervise its current expansion works.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Managing day to day activities on site
•  Coordinating the technical aspects for the successful completion of the project
•  Managing and supervising artisans at the site in order to control quality, cost and time schedules
•  Interpretation of structural drawings
•  Ensure that all concrete works conforms to approved standards
•  Monitor the smooth running of the work as per plan
•  Ensure safety precautions are followed at all time
•  Organize the construction crew to allocate work according to schedule
•  Has to perform quality checks regularly to ensure meeting quality standards
•  Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•  BSc/HND Civil Engineering or Architecture
•  Minimum of 5 years practical hands-on supervisory experience
•  Excellent team-building and supervisory skills
