Skills and Qualities

•   Strong leadership skills
•   Effective communication and international skills
•   Report writing skills
•   Strong marketing and product development skills
•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
•   Working knowledge in T24 Banking software

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND in Business Related Field
•   A minimum of 1st degree in Business related field
•   Qualified or part qualification in accounting or Banking professions
•   A second degree will be an added advantage

Experience

•   A minimum of 15 years in rural banking
•   7 years of which in managerial position
•   Experience in the preparation and implementation of budgetary and strategic planning process
•   Experience in the preparation of management accounts Banks and BSD returns
