Job Summary
• Performs experience level secretarial tasks of confidential nature
• Provides administrative support
• Assists with office management and office supplies
• Responsible for setting up and coordinating meetings
• Handles correspondence, documents and reports
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND in Administration, Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience
• Ability to plan and organize meetings/events with little or no supervision
• Ability to relate effectively with people at all levels
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Confidentiality – ability to keep confidential information
• Ability to work for long hours
