A leading financial institution seeks to fill some vacancy and invites applications from suitably qualified candidate for the following position:- Head, Strategy / Performance

Main Responsibilities:

•   To define, implement and maintain a best-in-class enterprise performance management system
•   To continuously analyze and provide key information on business performance and positioning to Management, and facilitate robust performance review sessions
•   Provide a multi-dimensional view of profitability (Customer, Line of Business, Products and Channels)
•   Performance tracking, monitoring and management
•   Analyze different industries, sectors, markets and indicate available opportunities
•   Maintain financial and economic data and assist in various analytical assignments such as break-even analysis
•   Carry out economic reviews and assist in forecasting trends
•   Review various strategic documents and prepare weekly and monthly economic reports

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline.
•   (Higher Degrees/Professional Certification an advantage)

Experience

•   Minimum of 6 years Banking experience
•   Experience in performance management or strategic planning and execution
•   Experience in Finance and Accounting

Relevant Skills/Competencies

•   Ability to analyze financial and operational data and prepare performance reports, statements and financial projections
•   Role requires verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
•   Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
