Main Duties & Responsibilities

•   Achieve monthly & yearly premium target as may be agreed with Head of Marketing
•   Develop and maintain effective business relationships with direct clients in order to attract, develop and retain profitable business
•   Quickly establish strong client relationships and sound understanding of clients needs
•   Interpret, explain and effectively market all products and services in collaboration with the centers of excellence
•   Process all sales transactions assigned, within the set standards required by the Company thus contributing to the productivity of the company
•   Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company
•   Ensure all technical aspects of administrative functions within the department are adhered to
•   Enhance the image of the company through the continuous delivery of efficient and effective customer service.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree in Marketing, Insurance or Social Sciences
•   Post graduate qualification or professional qualification in Marketing or Insurance will be an advantage
•   Good knowledge of commercial and industrial short term insurance with at least three(3) years experience
•   Good communication and self management skills
•   Internal and external negotiation skills
•   Sales, marketing and relationship management skills
•   Good knowledge of MS Office application
