Description Of Job

ActionAid Ghana (AAG) is looking to employ experienced and self-motivated individuals to fill the above vacancy on three (3) year renewable contract basis.

Duty Station: Tamale - Northern Region

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Local Rights Programme Manager, the Sponsorship Officer is responsible for coordinating sponsorship activities with partner institutions and communities to meet the standards of the Child sponsorship objectives.

Job Circumstance: The role involves very frequent travel within Ghana, especially to sponsorship communities Basic Salary: GHS 931.29 i.e (Band 3; Step 1)

Qualification Required & Experience

Competencies:
Knowledge:

A Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences. A strong background in statistics, marketing and ability to speak a local language are advantageous. The candidate must also have 2 years' experience in sponsorship work
