Job Vacancy For Customer Service Officer At Melliss Quarry Ltd (Kissi, Cental Region)



Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Quality Management Officer, the incumbent will be working at our 24-hour Customer Service Centre and responsible for the following duties:-

•   Provide professional and efficient customer service support, including handling incoming calls / enquiries from customers and calls for emergency repair services
•   Assist to schedule / arrange job assignments to the Technicians
•   Perform data entry to SAP system and data updates
•   Shift duties, including overnight shift may be required
•   An attractive night shift allowance will be provided

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree/ HND
•   At least 2 years of experience
•   Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
•   Good command of written and spoken English
•   Good knowledge of Microsoft applications software
