Job Description

•   Preparation of Parallel returns and society performance update to give a true representation of the activities of Purchasing Clerks and District Managers.
•   Verification and validation of Area, District and P/Cs (Purchasing Clerk) returns
•   Analysing and interpreting weekly returns to aid management decision
•   Field monitoring - verification/spot checks of depot stocks at the various depots to authenticate report stocks (Depot sealed, unsealed and port evacuation).
•   Analyse and submit reports of stock verification exercises
•   Educating District Managers and Purchasing Clerks on the preparation of weekly returns

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have a first degree or HND from a recognized institution preferably in the area of Statistics, ICT and Social Sciences
•   Must have completed National Service
•   Must be computer literate (Ms excel and word)
•   Should be willing to travel to remote cocoa growing communities on short notice
•   Must have good interpersonal skills
•   Ability to read and interpret data
