Job Description

•   Responsible for the capturing of data in accordance with the loan application process
•   Responsible for the verifying and checking of all loan application documents
•   Responsible for the supervision of all retail loan administrators and/or loan administrators in the branch
•   Responsible for the verifying of employment of clients where applicable, prior to loan disbursement
•   Responsible for maintaining adequate loan quality controls at the application stage
•   Responsible for the execution of the company's credit policy at the application stage
•   Responsible for handling customer services and any other after sales services which may be applicable
•   Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property
•   Responsible for any reporting to Head of operations, Area Manager, Branch Manager and other staff as may be required by your relevant managers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Higher National Diploma
•   A Bachelor's Degree is essential (majoring in Administration is an advantage)
•   Excellent knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office and Excel essential (Credit Ease experience is preferred)
