Job Vacancy For Corporate Account Manager
We are a multinational financial services group with a commitment to the delivery of client centric and innovative solutions to our stakeholders. Our operations in Ghana require the services of dynamic, forward thinking achievers to fill position:- Corporate Account Manager
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, the ideal candidate shall perform the following core duties:
• Identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools, sector specific targeting and cold calling.
• Introduce company's products to the corporate and business markets through brokers, employers, banks and other new corporate networks in the industry
• Build and manage a network of brokers to contribute to sales targets
• Identify, recruit, grow and retain potential and existing clients
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategy to grow business
• Analyze distribution channels on consistent basis and develop strategies to achieve sales target
• Develop tools to consistently evaluate one's performance against targets
• Smartly initiate, manage and conclude business transactions on a consistent basis
Qualification Required & Experience
• A relevant degree from a recognized institution
• Must have proven expertise and experience in corporate sales in a financial services environment
Key Competencies
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle
• Proven client management skills
• Ability to research and analyse new business opportunities
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to close sales
• Efficiency, personal leadership and organizational skills
