A reputable travel agency in Accra requires the services of experienced airline ticketing agents who are IATA accredited with the following qualification.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
•   Highly experienced with at least 5 years working in the travel and ticketing agency with reputable travel agencies issuing tickets for most major airlines flying in and out of Ghana.
•   Experience with customer service and customer relations, dealing with complaints and inquiries in person and over the phone
•   Certified and proficient in the use of Amadeus ticketing platform
•   Professional, dynamic, quick thinking and able to work with little supervision
•   Has a commendable book of business
•   Willingness to attend to clients after working hours and attend to clients after working hours and attend to their ticketing issues and needs on short notice
•   Willingness to travel outside Accra and outside Ghana
