A reputable Beach Resort in the Ningo Prampram District is the Greater Accra Region is looking for energetic and innovative persons urgently to fill in the following challenging position:- Food and Beverage Manager

The resort has 18 rooms, is located on the coast and has a vast potential for growth is looking for a good competent innovative individuals.

Responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience

Responsibilities

•   Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations to the highest standards
•   Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
•   Design with the Chef, exceptional menus
•   Purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
•   Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
•   Lead F&B by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
•   Establish targets, Key Performance Indicator's schedules, policies and procedures
•   Comply with all health and safety regulations
•   Report to management regarding sales results and productivity

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum in HND in Hospitality or related field
•   Proven good and beverage management experience
•   Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
•   Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
•   Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
•   Communication and leadership skills
•   Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
