Job Vacancy For Customer Service Supervisors (Roofing) – (Tema)



A rapidly growing manufacturing company located in Tema, comprising Kitchenware and Roofing products subsidiariesis looking for highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate shall be:

•   Supervising all front desk personnel
•   Generate customers feedback report
•   Follow up on market leads and dispatched proforma invoice until orders are firmed up
•   Preparation of individual Sales Performance report
•   Generating and implementing actions from performance reports

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have a professional Marketing qualification preferably CIM, UK
•   A minimum of five(5) years working experience in a similar position, with 2 years as a supervisor
•   Computer literate particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
•   Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

Personality

•   Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsive to schedules and work well under pressure
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills
•   High level of motivation, commitment and self-starter
•   Ability to work with and lead teams
•   Must have verifiable references

Age: 30 years or above
