A rapidly growing manufacturing company located in Tema, comprising Kitchenware and Roofing products subsidiariesis looking for highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.

Job Purpose

•   To be in charge of the Production Section of Aluminum Holloware and Roofing products manufacturing

Responsibilities

The successful candidate shall be:

•   Responsible for developing, monitoring and controlling of standards, policies and procedures fo production
•   Provide direction in the planning coordination and control of company's manufacturing processes
•   Responsible for drawing up production schedules and overseeing its processes
•   Establishing minimum and maximum production levels in relation to market demand
•   Monitor to ensure that the agreed production process is duly developed and followed and also establish systems related to market production
•   Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards
•   Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments
•   Reports on necessary changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on perform against standards
•   Liaise and co-operate with quality management and standards bodies

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University Degree or its equivalent in relation to production management, with a minimum of ten(10) years experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in Roofing and Holloware manufacturing

Age: Not below 35 years
