SADA is an independent agency mandated by the Government of Ghana (GOG) to coordinate a comprehensive development agenda for the Northern Savanna Ecological zone of Ghana to achieve the agenda of promoting sustainable economic development, eradicating poverty and improvement quality of life.
Description Of Job
SADA seeks experienced professionals to join its senior management team in the above position.
Role:
You will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and be responsible in guiding the Organisation and its project through legal processes, internal and external communication serve as an internal legal linkage between SADA and external legal institutions; responsible for drafting of MOUs, Agreements, corporate write-ups and other legal documents and serve as secretary to the Board.
Duty Location: Tamale with Northern Savanna zone as the operational area
Qualification Required & Experience
Profile:
• Qualification: Minimum of a Master's degree in administration, management, law, journalism, communication studies, marketing or related field
• Membership of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA)
• Minimum 10 years' experience, 5 at senior management level at the public/private service
• Experience in drafting and interpretation of legal documents
• IT literacy: Candidates must be literate in: Microsoft word, excel and power point applications
