Our client is a leading player in the real estate industry as a manufacturer of roofing sheets and accessories. It also manufactures polythene products for both domestic and export markets. The company is looking for dynamic individuals to fill the following vacancy:- Strategic Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Results Areas:

•   To develop and implement Sales and Marketing Policy
•   To develop and approved monthly revenue through sales/marketing
•   To develop and implement approved Sales and Marketing Budget
•   To conduct research and Development for Sales and Marketing

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A First Degree in Civil Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Project Management or other relevant areas
•   MBA Marketing from a recognised tertiary institution
•   Any relevant professional certificates (CIM-Chartered, PMP, CIM)
•   Applicants should know how to drive and possess a valid Driver's license of "C" and above.

Working Experience

•   5 - 10 years continuous working experience in Sales and Marketing
•   Five years of which must be at the senior manager level with
•   Hands on sales/marketing experience of physical products
