A reputable rural bank located in the Volta Region is seeking to recruit for the services of the following banking professional with relevant experience in the financial industry: Project Officer

Job Summary

Reporting to the General Manager, this person will have the following duties and responsibilities:

•   Process and review of credit policy approved by the Board
•   Implementation of credit information and systems for application
•   Loan evaluation processes
•   Review of viable credit activities and project implementations as approved
•   Customer and bank liaison activities

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree preferably in Marketing/Accounting and Social Sciences
•   3 years minimum experience in Micro-Finance
•   Knowledge of the credit department within the Banking Industry
•   Good analytical, management and communication skills
