Job Summary

Reporting to the Chairman of the Board, this person will have the following duties and responsibilities:

•   Lead, formulate and implement company policies and objectives
•   Liaise between the Board of Directors and the operational management team
•   Develop strategy for growth and profitability of company
•   Monitoring financial results against plans and budget
•   Management of Human Resources
•   Review of loans processes and management off discretionary limits approved by the Board

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
•   Minimum 5 - 7 years experience preferably in a financial institution with demonstrated leadership qualities
•   Must have previous success and proven track record in new business development and banking
•   Deep understanding of the capital market and other financial instruments
•   Analytical thinking and customer focus
•   Teamwork, commitment to organization and good communication skills
