Job Title: Sales Manager
The Sales Manager's responsibility is to drive sales and increase premium income of the organization
Functions & Responsibilities
• Responsible for marketing and sale of life insurance products to prospective clients
• Responsible for opening new businesses and servicing existing sales points

Education:
and manage a minimum of 20 Sales Executives
• Prepare and generate monthly sales reports to the Zonal Manager.
• Meet agreed sales and premium targets
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of an HND (Marketing) with 4 years sales experience in a Life Insurance Company
• A Diploma in insurance will be an added advantage
• Have a valid driving license with 4 years sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly aggressive and possession of high sense of integrity
• Good planning and presentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good negotiation and networking skills
• Good judgment and analytical skills
• Possession of a high sense of integrity
• Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel
